1. Eligibility for Exchange and Returns
You are eligible for an exchange or return if you meet the following conditions:
– The product is in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
– The product is exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
– The product is accompanied by the original sales receipt or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline any exchange that is not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes mentioned.
2. Exchange Policy
– If you wish to exchange a jewelry item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
– Only Rings and bangles are eligible for exchange for a different size of the same piece.
– Any customized order is not eligible for exchange.
– The exchanged item will be shipped to you once we receive the original product and verify its condition.
3. Return Policy
At Blue Diamond Jewelry no refund of any jewelry item order is eligible.
4. Exceptions
– Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
– For health and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are non-returnable if the packaging seal has been opened unless they are found to be defective.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
– If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
6. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

– Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the exchange or return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged.
7. Processing Time
Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product and upon availability of item.
8. Cancellation
Order cancelation is eligible upon order status.
Cancelation within 2 days is accepted, before the order is processed.
Payment refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
